Have you got “The new toughness training for sports” on your list from James E Loehr (photo of my well thumbed copy attached) – I haven’t ready it for a while but it certainly helped me get my head in the right place when I was taking weightlifting a bit more seriously a few years ago, and helped me get a few pbs. You have to know your goals and it helps you put your strengths and weaknesses in order.
