What’s your reason for participating in the FIT AS FU*K 2012 Challenge?
Honestly, I planned on going as a spectator but my pace has picked up lately so I figured why not participate as well. The first WOD up fits
me quite well as it’s not too heavy and involves burpees and double unders, so the penultimate goal for me is to just to not become the
very last guy overall

Zip, zero, none.
Participation in other big challenges + placement?
Did the open this year but broke off because of a flaky knee.
How will you prepare for the FIT AS FU*K 2012 challenge?
I follow Crossfit Invictus’ “competition” programming in addition to some other conditioning and strength training.
What movements are you hoping to see?
Double unders(!), rowing, swings and anything in the semi-light/fast paced area as I am not strong enough to compete when it gets too
heavy.
Your favorite WOD + time?
No favourite WOD honestly, maybe filthy fifty but haven’t done that one in a long time. I love the WODs that go from A to Z and just end
there, they make me fight much harder than the good old AMRAP.
Your favorite lift + kg?
Cleans. I am a pretty weak guy but I can power up 92.5kg at a BW of 80kg, so I’m fairly ok with that one.
