- How will you prepare for the FIT AS FU*K 2012 challenge?
Try to squeeze as many workouts in as possible before this challenge and try to get a hang on my DU, because right now that’s my Achilles heel.
- What movements are you hoping to see?
DL is one of the places where I excel compared to my size, so some DL would be nice.
