Sarah Troelsen Krarup + physical trainers and Janne Mortensen once again team up for 2 x functional training weeks at La Santa Sport adding exercises to increase your mental power. Most athletes fatigue mentally before they fatigue physically, simply because their mind is not as strong as their body. During this week you will train your mental abilities while facing the hard physical challenges.
We will train the following:
- Endurance and high intensity work-outs
- Functional movements (exercises from CrossFit)
- Olympic weightlifting
You must be at least 18 years old to take part with a reasonable level of fitness, and be open to trying new things. We will divide you into groups according to level of fitness. The intensity, variation and community with others creates a motivational atmosphere that makes you train harder and with more focus than you thought possible.
