STARTING TIME: 14.00
WOD: “CROSSFIT TOTAL II” : 1 RM CLEAN ANYHOW, 1 RM OVERHEAD SQUAT, 1 RM BENCH PRESS
The athletes have 9 min to establish a 1 RM in the 3 lifts. 3 attempts are allowed on each lift. Warm up must be done prior to the start of event.
A FAILED LIFT WILL ALSO BE COUNTED AS AN ATTEMPT.
HEATS/ ATHLETES :
BEST PLACED: 62 MEN / 8 MASTERS / 20 WOMEN ADVANCE TO EVENT 3
9 ATHLETES / HEAT = 10 heats in total.
2 min break between heats.
NOTE! ALL POINTS FROM EVENT 1 + 2 ARE ERASED BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF EVENT 3!
HIGHEST TOTAL = 1 POINT, 2ND HIGHEST TOTAL 2 POINTS ETC. IN CASE OF TIE, JUDGES WILL LOOK AT SCORES IN EVENT 2.
Overhead squat: The load is taken from rack, any way and hight the athlete wishes. The squats must be below parallel. The load must be controlled in the top position.

Clean: This can be either squat clean or power clean. The barbell must be controlled and the athlete must stand fully up, before the barbell is dropped.

Bench press: The barbell must touch the chest in the bottom position. The judge will help the athlete get the barbell out of the rack and to return it to the rack when the lift is completed.
The athletes decide in what order they wish to lift and are responsible for loading the bar and adjusting the rack for the different lifts.

ONE JUDGE WRITES DOWN ALL ATTEMPTS FOR ONE ATHLETE AND CIRKELS THE BEST LIFTS.
SCORE CARDS ARE COLLECTED AFTER EACH ROUND.
