WOD
Athletes have 45 seconds to perform 1 round of the following barbell-complex, without letting go of the barbell.
- Clean
- Front squat
- Overhead anyhow
- Back squat
- Overhead anyhow
AFTER EACH 45 SEC WINDOWS, THERE WILL BE A 15 SEC ROTATION. EACH MINUTE, THE ATHLETE WILL MOVE TO A HEAVIER BARBEL (5 KG INCREASE).
MEN WILL START AT 60 KG AND HIGHEST POSSIBLE SCORE WILL BE 105 KG.
WOMEN WILL START AT 30 KG AND HIGHEST POSSIBLE SCORE WILL BE 75 KG.
If the athlete fails to complete the complex within the time frame, he/she will not continue in the event. Score is the last round (kg.) completed.
HEATS/ ATHLETES:
MASTERS WILL NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS EVENT
BEST PLACED: 30 MEN / 10 WOMEN
ATHLETES WILL START ONE AT A TIME – MEN BEFORE WOMEN
HEATS / DURATION
IT WILL TAKE APPROX 60 MINS FOR ALL ATHLETES TO FINISH
25 min. for all men to finish + 15 min. for all women to finish (+ 10 min. reset between men and women)
SCORING
NOTE! ALL POINTS ARE ERASED BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF EVENT 4!
HIGHEST WEIGHT COMPLETED = 1 POINT, 2ND HIGHEST TOTAL 2 POINTS ETC. IN CASE OF TIE, JUDGES WILL LOOK AT SCORES IN EVENT 3.
SCORE WILL BE HIGHEST WEIGHT COMPLETED – BEST ATHLETES WILL CONTINUE TO THE FINALS.
STANDARDS
The clean + front squat is allowed to be performed as a squat clean OR EVEN A SQUAT CLEAN THRUSTER
All squats are below parallel. Hips and elbows are locked out and ears visible in front of arms in overhead positions.

DEPENDING ON WEATHER, THE LOCATION WILL BE INDOOR (GYM) OR OUTDOOR (TRACK)
SCORECARDS
1 JUDGE WILL FOLLOW 1 ATHLETE – THE JUDGE WILL NOTE PASS/FAIL ON ALL LIFTS.
