Event 1:

1 RM squat clean & jerk

Event 2: (directly after event 1):

AMRAP 3 min: Clean & Jerk Anyhow (60/40 kg)

Event 3:

3 rounds for time of:

14 CTB pull ups/pull ups

7 power snatch (50/30 kg)

35 double unders

Event 4: 

Cut-off:  60 (44 men, 16 women)

AMRAP 15 minuter:

6/1 muscle ups

25 m sandbag run (25/15 kg),

12 overhead squats (40/25 kg)

25 m sandbag run (25/15 kg)

Event 5 (the final):

Cut-off : 16 (8 men, 8 women)

For time:

15 power clean (70/50 kg)

20 m sandbag throws and run over hurdles (25/15 kg)

15/8 handstand push ups

30 kettlebell swings (32/24 kg)

20 m sandbag throws and run over hurdles (25/15 kg)

30 lateral jump burpees

3/1 rope climbs

450m run

    Skal jeg forstå det sådan at i wod 3, at herre laver c2b og kvinderne laver alm. pullups?
