We are currently planning the FIT AS FU*K Challenge 2011 and would like to make the best event possible! But what makes a competition great? And what are the do’s and dont’s when watching, planning, attending, etc. We would like to hear your opinion!

– Time schedule – duration, breaks etc.

– Advice for competitors (food, equipment, mental training etc.)
