  • Individual/team participation: Team
  • Placement: 37

  • Participation in other CrossFit Games/year + placement: No, this was our first
  • How did you like the CrossFit Games 2011? Really enjoyed it, so much fun.
  • Which WOD did you like the most + why? I liked all of them really, but mostly the Triplet sprint. It was a cardio chipper with lots of reps and work, which we as a team were prepared for – and also because we won the heat, which was fun.
  • Which WOD did you dislike the most + why? The sandbag WOD because we didn´t do well in it. Difficult to be in the first heat and don´t know which strategy worked best.
  • Are your satisfied with your training leading up to the Games? Yes, I was quite happy with it, I couldn´t have train much more or harder I would have needed more time to get stronger.
  • Are your satisfied with your effort and placement at the Games? Yes, it went well. We know now that we need to be stronger to do better at the Games at least, so that is definetely something we have to work on.
  • How could you prepare better for next year – would you change something? Do more olympic weightlifting and powerlifting both working on technique and strength.
