In 201, we had our readers suggest and vote for a WOD for the first FIT AS FU*K Challenge. A lot of you were missing that last year, so we hereby bring that tradition back…..
- Time limit: max 10 min.
- Set-up: 2-4 exercises for time or AMRAP
- Level: will be WOD1 or 2 (all athletes will be doing it)
- Location: outside in the fall, the arena is 30×50 meters
- Equipment available (not all has to be used): pull-up bar, kettlebell, barbell + bumper plates, jump ropes
- Deadline: 31 JAN 2012
