Thanks to everyone who submitted WOD suggestions for the FIT AS FU*K CHALLENGE 2012. We’ve chosen 3 WODs, and it’s now up to you to vote for your favorite WOD. Results will be published 1 month from today.

THE WODS ARE:

“666″ – by Crow Rising – 6 min. AMRAP:

  • 6 overhead squats 30/50 kg.
  • 60 double unders

The Lacee Kovacs ladder  – 10 min. AMRAP:

  • 1 C&J 60/40kg, 1 Burpee/Pull-up*, 10 Double Unders
  • 2 C&J 60/40kg, 2 Burpee/Pull-up*, 20 Double Unders
  • 3 C&J 60/40kg, 3 Burpee/Pull-up*, 30 Double Unders
  • 4 C&J 60/40kg, 4 Burpee/Pull-up*, 40 Double Unders
  • 5 C&J 60/40kg, 5 Burpee/Pull-up*, 50 Double Unders
    … etc.

* Men: C2B/Women: regular pull-ups

Shuttle run medley by Peter Fitzpatrick – 10 min. AMRAP:

  • 10 Squat Snatch 40/30 Kg
  • 50m Shuttle Run (To pull-up Bars)
  • 10 Pull-ups
  • 10 Toe to bars
  • 50m (Back to barbells)
