Congratulations to all athletes for completing the 2012 Reebok CrossFit Games Open!

While many of us can take a breath, relax and enjoy a drink, the top 60 men, women and 30 teams from each of the 17 regions are now focused on the next stage of competition: The Regionals.

Here is some very important information for athletes and teams:

Individual Athletes

Invitations to Regionals will be sent out on Friday afternoon, March 30.

Individuals in the top 60 will earn an invite through their athlete profiles and at the email address given at registration. Athletes will have until Friday, April 6 to complete their athlete profiles and register for Regionals.

If you choose the individual competition at Regionals, you may not join the Regional roster for your team. Talk with your team captain before the deadline. If an individual doesn’t make it to the Games, they may join their team if they qualify.

Teams

Teams in the top 30 will receive an invite through the team captain. Team captains will also have until April 6 to register and submit an initial roster. Teams may select four men and four women to their Regional roster. However, only three men and three women will check-in on site and compete at the Regional competition.

The team’s roster will freeze on Monday, April 16. No adjustments will be made to the roster after that point.

Masters

Masters athletes will be sent invitations to the CrossFit Games on Friday, March 30 and will have until April 6 to complete their athlete profiles register for the Games.

Regional Workouts

Regional Workouts will be announced on Wednesday, April 18. Stay tuned!
