Participating individually/team: Individually

Have you been to the Regionals/CrossFit Games previously? Yes, last year I competed at the European Regionals (finished 4th)

How has your training been leading up to the CrossFit Opens 2012?
Filled with weightlifting until I dislocated my thumb in Oct. 2011, and couldn’t use my hand properly before December. December and January were used for rehab and in February I had a competition every weekend, so I didn’t enter the Opens as thought I would.

How will your training be leading up to the CrossFit Regionals 2012?
The Outlaw way!

What is your favorite WOD for Regionals?
WOD 5 is really cool! I like the way you have to be consistent in your snatch. Not just strong. You do not have much time for second attempts.

What is your least favorite WOD for Regionals?
“Diane” has never been my kind of girl

What will you be focusing on leading up to the Regionals?
I will be paying attention to the technique of the different movements, but other than that I’ll just keep training hard.

Who are your biggest competitors at Reginoals?
Hard to say, you’ll never know what happens on game day. But the top 10-20 is really strong this year – impressive Opens performances

Which WOD are you most excited to see performed?
WOD 2. The hang cleans is a killer!

Who are your most excited to see in action (men/women/teams)?
My box’s team – Spartan Warriors! Everyone is at the Regionals for the first time and I’m looking forward to see them kick ass.
