Have you been to the Regionals/CrossFit Games previously? No
How has your training been leading up to the CrossFit Opens 2012? I’ve focused more on strength by using Jim Wendlers 5-3-1 program.
How will your training be leading up to the CrossFit Regionals 2012? More focus on technique in for example handstand push-up, pistols and cleans. Furthermore, I need more weight on my max clean, which has long been at approximately 60 kilos.
What is your favorite WOD for Regionals? Diane.
What is your least favorite WOD for Regionals? Whew – it’s hard to say, but if I get to WOD 5, it will be this one, because my max snatch is 45 kilo (of which I got 1 rep in the open).
What will you be focusing on leading up to the Regionals? Avoid injuries.
Who are your biggest competitors at Regionals? Everyone. Finished no. 43 in the open – it is far from top 10.
Which WOD are you most excited to see performed? WOD 5 and 6.
Who are your most excited to see in action (men/women/teams)? Top 10 in men and women
