What’s your reason for participating in the FIT AS FU*K 2012 Challenge?
I haven’t been crossfiting for too long and want to start competing at an individual level. The FIT AS FU*K challenge will give me a chance
to test myself against some of the best in Europe.
Participation in previous FIT AS FU*K challenges + best placement?
This is my first time entering the challenge
Participation in other big challenges + placement?
I took part in the Open for the first time this year and finished 198th in Europe. I was part of our affiliate’s team for the Regionals
in Copenhagen. I also entered the Crossfit Central Manchester Games as part of a team where we came first.
How will you prepare for the FIT AS FU*K 2012 challenge?
I have been following my own strength training program for the past few months as well as doing the daily workouts at my affiliate,
CrossFit Clitheroe. My main focus is getting as strong as possible as it looks like there has been some heavy workouts in previous years, I
am also trying to improve my skills and gymnastics as these movements are all very new to me.
What movements are you hoping to see?
I would love to see a clean ladder like they had in the games this year.
Your favourite WOD + time?
“Grace”. My best time is 1.41.
Your favourite lift + kg?
Power Clean. My PB is 135kg.
