New theme: Popular Supplements for CrossFitters

Many CrossFitters invest in supplements in order to improve training results and/or general health. In this guide we will bring a short run-through of the most popular supplements for our sport. The idea is not to tell you, whether or not you should buy something, just as we can’t tell you if supplementing with fish oil will lead to a new PR in Fran – But we do hope to give you a bit of information or ‘food for thought’, so to speak.
