Denmark East Weightlifting Competition

It’s been 1 month since I lifted at the Nordic Weightlifting Championships in Sweden (snatch 66/C&J 77 kg). Training the passed month has been going well with many heavier and focused weightlifting sessions, and I felt super ready for the competition today.

Body weight: 74,6 kg

Snatch: 64 kg – 67 kg – 70 kg (competition PR by 2 kg)

C&J: 75 kg – 80 kg (competition PR by 2 kg) – 83 kg (press out in the jerk)

Total: 150 kg and second best female lifter of the day!

Comments: Super happy with my lifting results. I’ve raised my level and can better control my nerves and transform being nervous into strong lifts! First time I’m cleaning AND jerking 83 kg as well. Will continue to work on eliminating the press out in the jerk!
