What you love about CrossFit:
The community and social aspect of CrossFit. I’ve had the opportunity to meet a lot of great people that have grown into friendships. I think it’s a great motivating factor knowing you’ll see friends when going to the gym.
CrossFit to you is…:
CrossFit to me is a great way to make a positive change in your life both physically and mentally. I feel those little feats of what seemed like unattainable lifts/weights have a great effect in all aspects of life.
