  • When? Today, January 26th from 8:00 AM to approximately 8 PM (Butcher’s Garage will open at 10 AM)

WORKOUTS:

WOD 1: Military obstacle lane

WOD 2: Clean ladder

Women: 30-35-40-45-50-55-60-65-70-75-80-82,5-85-87,5-90 kg
Men: 70-75-80-85-90-95-100-105-110-115-120-125-130-135-140 kg.

WOD 3A:

7 min AMRAP:
7 DL 140/90 kg
14 pistols (alternating)
21 double unders (bring your own rope)

WOD 3B:

2 min. break after WOD 3A
90 sec. to establish 1RM jerk anyhow (shoulders to overhead anyhow) from rack

WOD 4: Chipper

15 barbell squat cleans 70/45 kg
30 toes to bar
30 box jumps (24/20″)
30 double-unders
15 thrusters 60/40 kg.
30 pull-ups
30 burpees
15/10 muscle-ups
90 reps overhead lunges 20/10 kg plate (alternating legs)

WOD 5: Final 

Max rounds and reps in 8 min.:

4 handstand push ups (paralettes/EROM)
8 kettlebell swings 32/24 kg
12 GHD sit-ups
