These new shoes are definitely on my wish-list this fall. If you are in the mood for new gear (and who isn’t?) – check these out for inspiration.
#1: New Balance WRC1600P
A very light shoe with a good flat sole.
Use it for: workouts involving deadlifts like “Diane” or the DL/Boxjumps wod from Regionals.
#2: Adidas Energy Boost
A really comfortable running shoe, makes you fell light and energetic.
Use it for: Running workouts like “Murph” or “Helen”
#3: Reebok CrossFit Nano
This shoes has become the new “CF classic”. This season, I’m actually not too crazy about the colors, but it has a very nice fit with lots of room for your feet.
Use it for: workouts with double-unders (it’s very comfortable to jump in), or toes-to-bar because of the reinforced area in the front.
