Whether  you’re planning a fun event at your gym, or just looking for something nice to do yourself – Try these Christmas versions of classic workouts: 

“SANTA GONE BAD” 

For reps: 3 rounds/ 1 min on each station / 1 min rest between rounds

#2: Push press

#3: Burpees

#4: Thrusters

#5: Rowing for calories

1 Burpee

2 Handstand Pushups

3 Deadlifts 100/70 kg

4 Box Jumps 24/18

5 Thrusters 42/30 kg

6 KB Swings 32/24 kg

7 Pushups

8 Pullups

9 Clean and Jerks 42/30

10 Walking Lunges

11 Wall-balls 20/14 lbs

12 Power Snatches 42/30 kg

Perform the workout just as the “12 Days of Christmas” song is sung and refrained. 1 burpee, then 2 Handstand Pushups and 1 Burpee, then 2 handstand pushups, 3 Deadlifts, 1 burpee, etc…..

For time:

15 Kettlebell Swings, 32/24 kg

15 Burpee Lateral Jumps

12 Kettlebell Swings,

12 Burpee Lateral Jumps

9 Kettlebell Swings, 2 pood
