Interesting research review about the effects of blueberry ingestion on muscle soreness after eccentric exercise. The study is rather small in terms of subjects (10 women), and the results might not be all that revolutionary, but if you are interested in sports nutrition it’s definitely worth checking out!

And who doesn’t like a nice blueberry smoothie?
