It’s on! CrossFit Open 2014.

WOD 14.1 is a repeat of Open WOD 11.1.

Fun, light, short – like a good 2+ km run – slightly more grip and shoulder demanding though!

Have fun, remember to film your WOD if you’re aiming for Regionals (team/individual), watch the standards video, don’t repeat the WOD 4 times,¬†and find some good inspiration here.
