Easy Recipe: Cashew milk

It is so easy to make your own milk from nuts! And it is super delicious in protein shakes and smoothies. Try this recipe on cashew milk:

Ingredients:

150 g roasted cashew nuts

1 vanilla pod

5 dates

1 L water

How to:

Leave all the ingredients in the blender overnight.

The next morning, blend everything and pour the mixture through a sieve into a glass bottle.

Enjoy cold!
