RAVINE RUN 2.0 Waiver and Release Form

I, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in consideration for my participation in the RAVINE RUN 2.0 Run on 29/9/2024.

Assumption of Risk:
I understand and acknowledge that participating in a Running event involves inherent risks,including but not limited to:

Uneven surfaces.
Weather conditions.
Physical exertion and the risk of injury.
I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my own safety during the Event.

As its a trail run, chances of animal maybe there to come accross during run ..like nilgai, snakes etc...

Please Note: It is a non timed event.. However we will measure timing manually at the finish line for 24kms category

Waiver and Release:
I hereby waive, release, and discharge [Amdavad Distance Runners], its organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and all other parties involved, from any and all claims,liabilities, actions, demands, costs, or expenses that I may have now or in the future, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Event, including, but not limited to, personal injuryor damage to property.

Medical Treatment Authorization:
I authorize eventstaff to seek and administer medical treatment for me in the event of an emergency, and I agree to assume all costs associated with such treatment.

Photography and Likeness:
I grant permission for my likeness, including photographs and video recordings, to be used by the Event Organizer for promotional purposes.

Safety and Rules:
I agree to abide by all rules and instructions provided by the Event Organizer and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in disqualification from the Event

NOTE:

These are unprecedented and uncertain times and while we will make all efforts to ensure that event happens as planned but in case of cancellation of event due to government restrictions, lockdown or restrictions imposed by local administration or a natural calamity we will refund 50% of registration fee to the registered participants.
