Boot Camps aim at :

Orienting participants about Benefits of Running .

Giving participants a first hand experience of the training one needs to do to run long distances.

Making participants aware of RunIndiaRun training program .

Boot Camp Format :

Duration : 1.30 hrs

Activities :

A) 1 hour of Refreshing experience on :

Cardio Activities & Drills

Full Body Strengthening Exercises

Full Body Stretching Exercise

B) 20 Mins Orientation on Running As a Way of Life

    10 Mins Q & A

Registration Charges : Nil ( Registration Compulsory)

Age : 18 yrs & Above

Gender : No Bar

Time : 6.30 a.m to 8.00 a.m.
